Project completed while at Shea. A full-scale rebrand and repositioning of a legacy office tower into a modern, tenant-focused workplace destination. In partnership with Zeller Realty Group, the Shea team reimagined the property with updated branding, signage, wayfinding, and elevated common areas. From a central skyway bar to wellness spaces and a rooftop lounge. I contributed to the new identity system and led design for the full interior signage and wayfinding package, including custom feature walls. The result is a refreshed, highly functional environment that blends sophistication with energy and makes a lasting impression.
